Summerlin Festival of Arts Submission Information
The Nevada Clay Guild is sponsoring a booth for members interested in selling their Fine Arts work at The Summerlin Festival of Arts, October 9-11, 2026.

About the Opportunity
The Summerlin Festival of Arts is a premiere fine arts event in our valley. Exhibiting and selling your high level pieces as part of representing the Nevada Clay Guild is a fantastic way to showcase your work without having to pay the cost of a full booth fee and equipment.
The participating guild artists will first be accepted by a Nevada Clay Guild (NCG) jury panel. All guild members in good standing are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Thousands of visitors are anticipated for this annual fine arts festival, making it a wonderful opportunity for our ceramic artists.
Participation Requirements
This is a high level event with elevated expectations and requirements. All participating Nevada Clay Guild artists must:
Be present during the entire festival
Abide by all Summerlin Festival of Arts rules
Maintain an impeccable level of professionalism
Work as a team during:
Booth set-up on October 8
Booth take-down on October 11 immediately after the show closes
Promote the Nevada Clay Guild to visitors throughout the three-day festival
Nevada Clay Guild provides:
Tents
Tables
NCG promotional materials
Guild signage
Participating artists provide:
Ceramic art pieces
Display stands
Packaging
Personal promotional cards
Materials needed for transporting and selling their work

How to Apply:
If you would like to participate, please submit:
A brief description of yourself
4 photos representing your best work that you plan to sell
Send your submission to: president@nevadaclayguild.org
All who are interested are encouraged to apply no later than May 18, 2026 at 8:00 PM.
After Jury Selection:
Once selected by the guild jury panel, participating members must:
Create an account on ZAPP
Apply to the Summerlin Festival of Arts jury via ZAPP before June 2
Pay the festival’s $25 entry fee
Pay the Nevada Clay Guild booth participation fee (amount to be determined after artist selection)
NCG will make a single payment to the Summerlin Festival of Arts for the full booth fee.
