City of Las Vegas Teapot Exhibit 

Deadline to sign up, October 10, 2019

Potters from the Nevada Clay Guild are invited to exhibit their teapots (especially those that relate to Nevada, Las Vegas, and the desert) in an exhibit that will be from November 14, 2019 to February 6, 2020.

Step 1. Let me (Rita Lambros, advisor@nevadaclayguild.org) know what you are submitting for this exhibition. I need your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and the title of the piece you are submitting). I need this information by October 10, 2020, so I can submit it to Jeanne Voltura at the City Hall. 

Step 2. Exhibitors must fill out a loan form for each piece that is exhibited. It can be found at this link.Condition Report for Loan It must be submitted before the drop off date, by mail or email to jvoltura@LasVegasNevada.GOV. Jeanne’s office will also contact you by mail or email with this after I have submitted the list of exhibitors.

Step 3. You can deliver your work in person or drop it off at one of the locations below. 

If you are delivering the work yourself, drop it off at the Grand Gallery (first floor lobby) of City  Hall, 495 South Main Street, Las Vegas, NV 89101, between 9 am and 2 pm on Monday, November 11, 2019. Marcus will be there to accept work.

For those that cannot deliver on that date, there are drop off areas around the Las Vegas valley. These must be delivered by Wednesday, November 6, 2019.

Work must be packed well in a close lidded box. Also include any special unpacking instructions.  

Please identify your work clearly on the outside of the box, with name and title.

Step 4. Attend the opening reception on Thursday, November 14, 2019, from 4 pm-6 pm, in the Grand Gallery of the Las Vegas City Hall!
