Our Story

Founded in 1990, the Nevada Clay Guild is a vibrant creative community dedicated to sharing the joy of clay and promoting ceramic arts throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Established by a shared passion for working with clay, the guild brings together nearly 100 members, including professional artists, ceramic sculptors, hobbyists, teachers, and students, all united by a love of ceramics.

For more than 35 years, the Nevada Clay Guild has fostered creativity, learning, and connection by providing opportunities for members to develop their skills, exchange ideas, and learn alongside fellow artists at every stage of their creative journey. The guild also supports its members by creating opportunities to exhibit and sell their work while sharing the beauty and versatility of ceramic art with the wider community.

Whether seasoned professionals or enthusiastic beginners, members of the Nevada Clay Guild celebrate the endless possibilities of clay and the connections that grow through making art together. Through education, collaboration, and community engagement, the guild continues to nurture a thriving ceramic arts community in Southern Nevada.
